AMP Emails

We support dynamic AMP emails that allow purchasers to leave reviews directly inside of their Gmail/Yahoo inbox.

Unless you are set up to send from your domain, you don’t need to do anything extra to send AMP emails.

If you are sending from your own domain, follow the steps below to ensure proper AMP email delivery to Gmail. This separte verification from Google can take 3-5 business days.

*If not verified by Google for AMP emails, your review request emails will still default to the basic HTML view.

Step 1 - Set up DNS

Set up to send from you domain here.

Step 2 - Test your AMP emails in Gmail

Follow step #2 here to test your AMP review request emails. https://developers.google.com/gmail/ampemail/testing-dynamic-email

Go to the Rapid Reviews app > Send Requests > “Send a test” to a gmail address.

Open your Gmail inbox and verify that you have a dynamic AMP email (with a form to leave a review inside of the email). If you do not see a dynamic email, contact us and we can help.

Step 3 - Register with Google

Register with Google to send dynamic AMP emails to Gmail users.
